Nicole Canham is more than an HR consultant—she’s a lifelong learner, a U.S. Navy veteran, a business owner, and a passionate advocate for human rights. With a career rooted in service and leadership, she brings a unique and deeply personal understanding of both business operations and the people who power them.

From her military service in the U.S., Kuwait, and Bahrain to her success in the private sector, Nicole has consistently led with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. She takes immense pride in offering reliable, trustworthy HR services that not only protects companies—but helps them thrive by taking care of their most valuable asset: Human Capital.

Nicole’s approach is deeply client-centered. She treats every client like they’re her only one—offering responsive support, thoughtful solutions, and an unwavering dedication to long-term success.

Nicole leads with honesty, transparency, and integrity and demands the same of her team. She believes that strong client relationships are built on trust, and she works to earn that trust every step of the way. Her goal is always to help businesses grow sustainably while ensuring their teams feel supported, respected, and seen.

Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security from ECPI University. Her academic journey began during her service in the United States Navy (2000–2006), where she served honorably at home and abroad. Her outstanding performance earned her multiple commendations, medals, and recognition from high-ranking officials for her dedication, devotion to duty, and professionalism.

After transitioning from military to civilian life, Nicole continued her pursuit of excellence through education, entrepreneurship, and raising a family—while staying grounded in the core values of providing service with honor and integrity.

Nicole has been married to her best friend, Amanda, since 2017. Together, they’ve built a joyful home with their two sons, one daughter, three dogs, and two cats. Family is everything to Nicole, and she cherishes every moment spent making memories with the people (and pets) she loves most. She finds great satisfaction in helping her family grow and succeed as much as she loves helping her client's businesses grow and succeed in today's competitive market.
