As a lifetime learner, a military veteran, business owner, and a human rights advocate, Charleigh understands and values the needs of a business, as well as the importance and benefit of taking care of your most valuable resource.... your workforce!! She takes great pride in providing outstanding, trustworthy, and reliable consulting in the area of Human Resources and is always sure to treat each client as if they were her only client. 

Charleigh believes in honesty, integrity, and transparency. Her approach is client-centric, and she strives to build long-term relationships with each of her clients to ensure the continued success and growth of their companies.

Charleigh graduated from ECPI University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security, as well as from Louisiana State University where she earned her Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management. 

Her first college tenue was during her service to our country while she served honorably and patriotically as an enlisted member of the Unites States Navy. She served faithfully both within the borders of the United States, as well as in Kuwait and Bahrain from 2000 until 2006. During her military service, she was award with many honors, medals, and letters of commendation from high-ranking military officials for her stellar military service, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to duty. 

Upon completion of her military service, she went on to fulfill her duties in the private sector and continued to push for excellence through higher education, while also simultaneously raising a family of her own.  

Throughout the years, she has kept to her military values and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and professional results in every matter she is presented with from the very simple to the very complex.

Charleigh has been married to her best friend, Amanda, since 2017 and they have a beautiful family that consists of two sons, one daughter, three dogs and two cats. Charleigh and her family love and adore each other and cherish every moment they get to share with each other and their fur babies.
