It is the policy of HR Consulting Group, LLC to provide services to our clients with honesty and integrity, therefore by contracting services with HR Consulting Group, LLC you hereby accept the refund terms and conditions as outlined below.
Refunds are subject to the submission of satisfactory evidence, as determined by HR Consulting Group, LLC, that the contracted service(s) was either not delivered as agreed or delivered with malice and with the intent to deceive or deliver incomplete results that do not fulfill the obligations as agreed upon between HR Consulting Group, LLC and its client. Requests for refunds must be formally submitted by USPS certified mail, signature required, and delivered to the company's home office located at 3779 Earnhardt Rd Asheboro, NC 27205 within fourteen (14) calendar days of services being rendered. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% administrative surcharge and will be deducted from any refund issued. All disputes to this refund policy shall be mitigated in accordance with our arbitration policy, which can be located on the Company Policies page within this website.
All refunds, if approved, shall be paid directly to the client/payee in the form of a company issued check and the cashing of this refund check shall constitute the client's acceptance of the resolution and thereby releases HR Consulting Group, LLC from any additional financial or other relief forevermore.
HR Consulting Group, LLC does not discriminate in its business practices, however, the company reserves the right to deny service to any person or entity, for any lawful reason, and to any extent in which the company may deem fit and just based on our company's business model.
